AMENDMENT 6 IS THE REAL SIGN BENCHMARK FOR TRENDING OPPOSITION AGAINST MISSOURI'S GOP SUPER MAJORITY!!!
We don't know how it'll turn out and we don't believe any of the polling.
However . . .
What we know for certain is that IF (and that's a big if) this thing passes, it's a very real sign that the GOP supermajority era in Missouri politics might be coming to an end.
Here's the word . . .
"If passed, the amendment would require a minimum 80% vote in both the Missouri House and Senate to modify a citizen-backed law or amendment. The amendment would preserve the existing signature and voting thresholds for proposed statutes and constitutional amendments."
