A couple of interesting things about this story . . . Mostly, we notice new laws which attempt to crackdown on so many local speed racers on metro streets . . . Check-it:
"Charged with aggravated fleeing, also known as Valentine’s Law, a relatively new law that toughens penalties for criminals who flee from law enforcement at a high rate of speed or in a dangerous manner."
