Midtown street modifications reduce blindspots
KANSAS CITY, Mo. - After receiving complaints from residents troubled by blindspots at a Midtown Kansas City, Missouri, intersection in June, city leaders planned to modify the intersection to help increase safety. At first, the changes at Armour Blvd and Kenwood Avenue were part of a pilot program.

ReplyDeleteA sighting of one of the rarest sights in Kansas City,
an actual bicyclist, was reported yesterday on "Better Be Armored" Blvd.
The devastation of streets in this area in the faint hope of attracting these near mythical creatures seems to be working, said Councilman Eric "Landslide" Bunch.
“Better Be Armored “ Blvd that’s a good one !
DeleteCouncilman Eric "Spandex" Bunch will be attending the ribbon cutting and handing out free pizza while, of course, wearing his spandex.
ReplyDeleteAdd southwest corner of Armour & Harrison to the list Miss Green

ReplyDeleteThis is what that idiot Bunch did so make him pay for it and it's not just a few spots on Armour it's the whole damn street! What are you going to do when it snows this year it can't be plowed? Oh and don't forget to let MAC build all the apartments and mixed use buildings they want without parking arrangements. You folks in Central Hyde park just lost your home values over the city itself so don't forget to file your tax appeal before the 3'rd and tell the city it's them who lowered your value.
Great! Now you can clearly see the idiots on bikes you’re about to run over!
ReplyDeleteI saw one cocky ass bunch of about ten riders on clever blvd once this spring and the speed limit is 40 mph, they were riding about half that speed, anyway the homies didn’t like them blocking a lane so they got behind them and raised holy hell, I nevar saw them again!
I think the more stuff you can paint on or stick in roadways the better. Confusion always aids driving safety.
ReplyDeleteThe great and almighty Eric Bunch is going to save Kansas City!
ReplyDeleteSomeday, there will be no cars and trucks and everyone will bicycle!
8:37 a.m. Talk about painting or sticking stuff in roadways...take a look at the intersection of Iron and Armour Road in NKC. And then try driving through the ONE dedicated lane while avoiding the bike lanes and the plantings. Wow.
ReplyDeleteNiggers don’t ride bikes they steal them. Besides they drive around piece of shit cars with no license and no insurance. While their drunk and stoned all day on our dime
