  1. Police did an excellent job in conveying the story to the public today. They showed us a clear picture of a man on a rampage with little regard for human life.

    1. How did he get a high-powered assault rifle? This is why we need better gun control in this country. If you oppose that then you think it's okay to shoot at police. Most of us DO NOT. These free for all gun rights advocates hate cops and hate our safety!.

    2. ^^^ Eventually, that's what is going to win the debate against guns.

The conservative rhetoric on guns is often self defeating and weakens when you talk about police who are exposed to an extraordinary level of danger from guns.

In the end it'll be law enforcement that wants to disarm the public. And you can't totally blame their motives which are mostly out of self preservation.

    3. Please provide an example on “better gun control” that would have prevented this criminal from obtaining a firearm, something that is already illegal for him to posses. Do you suggest making it MORE illegal for him? We have sufficient gun laws in this country, they are not being adjudicated appropriately. Did you know that if you don’t admit knowing a gun is stolen, then the state and federal prosecutors won’t charge you with possession of a stolen gun? Weird right? The only way gun laws can be properly enforced is to have mandatory prison time. That will never happen because we don’t have the room in our prison system to house a full prison sentence for every offender. We could possibly free up space in prison by decriminalizing drugs, but that’s probably the libertarian in me speaking. My point is that the easy mantra of “gun control” is not an easy reality and honestly doesn’t mean a damn thing if there is no substance behind the rhetoric.

  2. Wonder if he knew the three Tulsa hood rats that were all murdered the same night in KC last summer ?

  3. Most recently, he was arrested and convicted in 2015 of burglary, receiving or possessing stolen property and for being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm.

Mack was sentenced to four years in prison.

But he was released less than two years into that sentence in February 2017.

This is the problem. Letting young black violent men out of prison too early.

    1. At least he did some time in prison. If he was convicted in Jackson County, Jean Petersucker Baker would have made sure he didn’t go to prison at all. Jean Petersucker Baker is the weakest prosecutor ever.

    2. Long prison sentences aren't the answer. $60,000 a year to house someone in prison? Where's that money coming from? Who profits in that? Not you and me.b

  4. The liberal rhetoric on gun control is mindless and is what liberals think is the solution to everything just like the gun control in Chicago that has crime at an all time high.

I oppose gun control and have the highest respect for our Police officers unlike the liberals who cry to make it easy for criminals get guns on the black market while the rest of us go unarmed something that's NOT going to happen!

  6. So, what about the”Ban the Box” law? This guy could have gotten a job somewhere and not had to disclose what a criminal he was. He could have applied at some shithole in the Crossroads where all the men are faggots unable to defend themselves.

  9. Liberals are the reason this Asshole got out of jail early, liberals made it easy for this Asshole to get a stolen firearm and shoot 4 people, one of which got killed, between the liberals and the blacks this country is going to hell in a hurry.

This week’s gun control argument in a nutshell:
because government failed at every level,
you need to have your rights curtailed by the
government that just failed at every level.

Assault is an action, NOT an object.

  23. 8:45 pm, there is no such thing as a semi automatic assault rifle.
