ReplyDeleteNational Border Patrol Council spokesman Chris Cabrera, Since last weekend the media has been in fake high dudgeon over the Trump administration’s move to more strictly enforce the same border policies that have been in effect at least since the 1990s (meaning some of this was going on during Obama’s regime, too, not that the media has told audiences any of that). We’ve had this situation going on for four years now. I don’t think you can necessarily blame it on one administration or another. It started under one and is continuing under another. It hasn’t been fixed and it needs to be fixed.

ReplyDeleteThe solution is to send the kids to jail with their parents. Of course that would be illegal, but so was Obama's catch and release policy, so legal/illegal is now irrelevant.
ReplyDeleteWill that finally satisfy the drive-by media? Or will they only be happy when illegal border crossers are able to get into the US by using kids like we use tickets to movie theaters? In that case we will never again see an illegal immigrant without one or more of their (or somebody's) children in tow.
