Taylor Walton, 17, launched a petition on Change.org last Thursday, calling on the city council to repeal the city's ban on pit bulls, which has been in effect since 2006.

The Jewish deli is back, Kansas City. Broadway Deli (2101 Broadway Blvd.) has opened in the former Pezzettino's space. The deli, which has a menu featuring Chicago-based Manny's Cafeteria & Delicatessen recipes and meats, has potato pancakes, eggs and salami, chopped liver, bagels and noodle kugel (noodle pudding).

  1. One would think that since residents monthly water bills skyrocketing the city would encourage an audit to determine where all of the money is going thus eliminating public frustration.

    yes.

    i've seen lost young people and some with issues get a job and have a transformation. most of the jobs were low level to start.

    it's hard to explain but it must be related to havng a sense of self worth.
