The House committee investigating Governor Eric Greitens made a unanimous statement Wednesday over photos introduced by his defense team during an earlier deposition.
So let me get this straight - as part of Greiten's defense against being Impeached the Attorneys defending "The Governor's Office" have tried to attack the woman he raped by presenting as "evidence" porn photos of some woman they claimed was the hairdresser, but the photos don't look anything like her, right?

Was this some attorney's helper who got caught on porn hub on company time and their off the cuff story was: "It's research for the guv's defense?" That seems a very foolish move. I think the guv's best legal defense would be shut up and answer questions specifically and concisely when requested by the committee. However, it's pretty clear they're making an offensive push though with spamming those radio commercials over the last couple o' days.

Same with the unlawful use of donor lists, it is against the rules, but a very difficult charge to impeach. You want something with meat, go after the confide records and hope that the app maker actually has backups of the info that was communicated thereon. You conduct the people's business, you have records to show for it all. Period. If there is state business or impropriety in the confide data, THAT is where they can try to get 'em gud.
I've been trying to research State Law,(I'm not an expert.) and I need clarification of a question I have from somebody who ACTUALLY KNOWS.

1) It would be illegal for a Private Entity (a Campaign Committee) to pay for legal representation for "The Office of Governor", those fees would have to be paid by the State (i.e. the Taxpayers).
2) Individuals representing an Individual (Greitens) in an Impeachment Proceeding have no legal standing to make depositions before the House of Representatives.
If this is so, then does it not follow that the Attorneys who claim to be representing "The Office Of The Governor" in making depositions to the House CANNOT be paid from the Governor's Campaign Committee, as Greitens claims they are?
