    1. You say that, but refuse to say anything about the MoDOT people who are responsible for “highway safety”.

    2. Ain't MoDOTs fault. Two hot heads Fixin to tangle, one got dead. Remember folks, there are no more innocent fisticuffs. The progs have managed to remove almost all traces of civility and mo'rals in the most recent generation and a half. This and the combinations of impulsive youth. This just sucks. I'd like to know the other side as well, if the perp was also the aggressor. Time to go, join the line of the other offenders at the gallows.

  4. This is ridiculous. Nothing the kid could have done warrants being killed. Sounds like a very stand up young man too. Sympathy to his family and friends.

  6. Sadly this should have been a case where someone brought a knife to a gun fight. Usually you won't see it coming, but can sure throw down lead at the perp after the fact. Missouri can't make it any easier for you to carry and protect yourself.

  7. Man, Sad. Just don't ever get out of your car over road rage, you never know what's going on in the other persons head or what they're carrying.

  8. Stand-up young fella, sure. WTF was he doing outside of his car on the side of the highway? Giving the aggressor a thorough dressing-down? That NEVER works in "real" life, only where there is a clear superior and subordinate. If you're going to get out of the car, the best weapon you have short of a firearm, you level the playing field. Once you get out of the car, you've indicated your willingness to fight. Here's the thing about a fight, the longer you stall, the more confident and prepared the other guy will get. Once the approach has been made, best just to hit hard and fast, quit when the guy is down or out, and leave. No talking, no yo' momma, no chest bumping, no crap.

  12. @10:02 I wish there was a common code where simple stupid disagreements could be settled with a date and time and no one would lose their life. Only my wish... Reality is like you said, don't get out of the car, walk away and live another day. No coward in that for simple stupid crap...
