  1. Look at the schools now that will answer the question. He's doing pretty good for himself living in that great big house on Jansen Place

  2. Like any good lawyer, Benson was in it for the money. He found a cash cow, rode it and broke it.

  3. Benson is a millionaire many times over because of that school district shut. It didn't make him a nice guy, though. He acts like an arrogant Duck.

  4. Destroyer of schools and, consequently, destroyer of neighborhoods. His plan was the perfect embodiment of opportunism and horrible ideas.

  5. Arthur Benson was and is, a typical, Progressive parasite, who bled Missouri Tax Payers to the tune of 5 Billion dollars in misguided, ill advised, initiatives designed to "equal the playing field".

What a joke. Read this report and weep.

I can remember being in Retail at the time at an electronics store where administrators from the KC School District would come in and spend tens of thousands of dollars on personal items meant for the KCSD. This of course, does not address the waste, mismanagement and fraud that these same administrators engaged in with tax payer money for trips, cars etc. etc.

Academic administrators are personally invested in the diversity racket and that racket was NEVER more obvious, than it was here in KC, at the behest of parasites like Aurthur Bensen. They are generously compensated, in some cases in the form of several hundred thousand dollars a year, for pressuring scholars to lower standards so that more women and minorities can be “equally represented.” In other words, because some are too weak to face reality itself, and because bureaucratic frauds have much to gain through self-righteous charlatanry, the rest of us are to be unknowingly subjected to doctors, engineers, and others who are by no means sure to be competent. This at great cost to tax payers.

Aurthur Bensen was and is as fraudulent as the scheme he helped promote, that, to this day, provided zero benefits to the city and the "skolars" he promised would magically become summa cum laude graduates, ready for IVY League glory.

I'm sure you have proof of all that.

Chuck beats his wife with a belt. Do I need to prove it? Of course not.

  6. To summarize all of the above comments: Arthur Benson is a douche bag Supreme. If the people of the KCPS really cared about the students they would run this asshole out of town on a rail.

  7. Benson's ultimate failing was to actually believe in all that crap. It would be understandable and possibly even forgivable if he had done it all only for financial reward (who among us has not done something we're not proud of for a buck). But his ideological blinders made him oblivious to the very foreseeable results of his crusade. He and a few others are directly responsible for lasting damage not only to KCPS but to KCMO as well.

BTW, if you pass through Springfield MO this summer, be sure to stop by Judge Clark's grave and piss on it.

  9. 2:24 Actually you moron, I worked there with literally hundreds of people who knew the same thing I did. It was not, in ANY way, a secret.

Where I worked was just one place, one retail location. There was 500 Billion to burn through. So, I am sure, although for this statement, you would be correct, I couldn't prove it, but, I would believe that there were many, many retailers who prospered at the expense of the Tax Payers in Missouri who had to foot the bill for profligate, KCSD Administrators and others in on the fix, the theft of Mo. tax payer monies.

  10. Something else I just remembered, there were serious disagreements on the sales floor over just who got to handle the Administrators when they came in to spend that money. They were on commission and it was a big, big deal.

  11. caused a historic financial boondogle that hurt everyone else in Missouri and changed NOTHING! Now the school district is unaccredited. I used to know the Starks who were the original plaintiffs. They were the children of white social justice warriors who meant well. At some point black kids became the plaintiffs. I attended the trial with Rev. Stark. The road to hell is paved with good intentions. The black community pissed it all away and it became a cookie jar for the "elites". Joyce Stark went on to become the School Board President. A few years ago the Star interviewed their daughter, one of the original plantiffs and she bemoaned the failure the district had become. (A teacher herself) Benson should be ashamed.

  12. Benson should have to repay all the money he made and Judge Clark should be personally responsible for the destruction of the KCPS System and all the surrounding neighborhoods. They destroyed the communities by sending kids who lived next door to each other to different schools an hour bus ride away. The anchor of a neighborhood is often the school. Sending kids to schools all over the city destroyed a shared concern for the neighborhood. It is directly responsible for the violence that has exploded since the late 80's. No one has a stake in their neighborhood anymore so they decay and no one gives a shit about the rampant crime. It is the sad unattended consequence of a liberal agenda to fix the system that was certainly broken but throwing money at it was not the solution
