TKC SUNDAY SPECIAL!!! SUSPECTED RIGHT-WING KILLER DAVID JUNGERMAN SUFFERS RAPIDLY DETERIORATING HEALTH IN HARSH JACKSON COUNTY JAIL!!! SHOULD JUDGE SHOW MERCY AND ALLOW BOND?!?!

Life in the notoriously rough Jackson County Jail has been exceptionally hard for David Jungerman.

To wit . . .

TKC SUNDAY SPECIAL EXCLUSIVE: INSIDERS REPORT 80-YEAR-OLD DAVID JUNGERMAN HAS SUFFERED FALLS, WEIGHT LOSS AND SERIOUSLY DIMINISHED MENTAL CAPACITY WHILE IN CUSTODY!!!

Let's not forget that the Jackson County Jail is still in the midst of a human rights crisis wherein deplorable living conditions and violence among and inflicted upon inmates has been reportedly rampant.

Meanwhile, what we've heard is that the old curmudgeon isn't anywhere near as feisty as he was just a few weeks ago and even his lawyer has spoken publicly about the effects of gun charges and a murder rap on the psyche of the elderly man who already showed signs of dementia and serious health problems that typically accompany a man of his advanced age.

Whilst Prosecutor Jean Peters Baker and local authorities presented a strong united front in delivering recent murder charges against Mr. Jungerman for the brutal killing of lawyer Tom Pickert allegedly connected to the award of a $5.75 MILLION verdict, the reality is that the subject of the allegations is a frail old man who might easily qualify for a medial release or at least a trip home for better healthcare until he stands trial.

The price of David Jungerman's freedom was set at ONE MILLION DOLLARS when he was first arrested for firearm felonies back in March. After the murder case was presented, prosecutors recommend that Jungerman should be denied freedom before his case is heard.

An apropos question for Sunday in order to gauge local thinking on justice vs. mercy in a homicide case that's soon to grow even more divisive . . .

SHOULD AUTHORITIES ALLOW BOND FOR DAVID JUNGERMAN AMID INCREASING HEALTH CONCERNS?!?!

You decide . . .

The bond for the shooting case was overkill because he might not have even shot his gun.

But judges take threats against officers of the court seriously out of simply self preservation. I don't blame them for that. Noticed the Jungerman looks a lot thinner than his first mugshot.

Everything is always about politics. Total B.S., look at the case based on the facts. Witnesses id'd a suspect that looks exactly like him and his van right from the start. This case should be over by now so he could start doing his life sentence.

Don't do the crime if you can't do the time.

Let's not forget the details of the indictment. He is charged with killing a lawyer in cold blood. It make sense that he should be denied bond, the people of KC are not safe if anybody facing those charges was allowed to remain free.

That's silly. He would not be free. He would be confined to his home and forced to were a monitoring device. A man his age does not pose a flight risk, anybody else with his health problems should be allowed to stay home before their trial.

Let him out on bond - he will die in days.

Lawyers always think that there will be no consequences for 'legally' euchring people out of money. This time, there were.

In the future, as the rule of law is destroyed, the folks who want it destroyed and replaced by some soup de jour interpretation of Progressive legal caprice, can look forward to an eye for an eye justice system that will make them yearn for the Halcyon Days of the 50's.

He's worth $33 million but he doesn't have $100,000 (10% of 1 million) to pay his bond?

Anonymous said...

^^^ The bond has been denied, that's off the table now.

Remember the tape where he confessed to murder, nothing happened until that came out. The problem is there was no tape just like there’s no picture, see what I did there! If they really had something he would’ve been arrested along time ago. something’s fishy in Denmark and the democrims are behind it

^^^ The Russian bots love Jungerman too? that's unfortunate. Not really a sign of a winning argument.

Typical Republican, they talk a tough game but when things get real they're asking for mercy and accommodations that they don't give others. Hypocrites.

He will be dead within weeks if left in jail. That way mean Jean gets a win and saves taxpayers money. A double win and no effort on her part.

It is called capital punishment. If you have the capital no punishment.

Really, Tony? Your information is badly out of date and sensationalized. The jail is a jail. None of them are club med. No one thrives with the weight of dying in prison their almost certain future. It’s his attorney’s job to portray his confinement as inhimane. It is not. The jail is on the mend and the culture of accountability and professionalism is winning.

Anonymous said...

He needs to die. He should’ve died a long time ago.

Anonymous said...

I heard he's fine. In fact, I know he is.

But do lay out in full detail all your sources, Tony. Are they phantom? Unreal, nonexistent, fictional, fictitious, pretend, invented, concocted, fancied? Illusory, illusive, a figment of one's imagination, make-believe, mythical, mythological, fabulous, fanciful, storybook? Came to you in a dream?

You can't expect us to believe this without some sort of evidence. Why do you bother making stuff up? Just to get traffic?

Do tell your real motivation for posting this utter bullshit.

Let him rot in jail. If the picture depicted a 25 year old black man in dreds who intentionally killed the same lawyer you whiny bitches would keep him in jail. Nothing changes, he deserves to die in jail.

Where is Superdave? said...

Where the hell has Superdave been? Did he die or something? Not been on any of the blogs he normally is on? Hey Dave if you see this don't let the haters get to you they're just mad because you prove them wrong and expose them for the douchebags they are.

He deserves reasonable bail/bond. Just like you. He is not guilty until a judge/jury says so.

10:34 Liar.

Anonymous said...

if he is serious demented and frail and weak as you say then he couldn’t have carried out a muti city murder!

Anonymous said...

He only gave in to something we have all wanted to do at one time or another, namely screw over a lawyer. He did take it to an extreme, but hay let the old dude go home to die.

Blame Jean Peters Baker for the wrongful death lawsuit and resulting financial award which will be the result of this biased punitive incarceration of a man which the law states is presumed innocent.

Lawyers, particularly personal injury attorneys should be fair game with bounties on them. Minority felons in this killa city are routinely under charged and return to the streets to kill again. Let this patriot go home and erect a statue for him in a park, and name it Hogg park.

ROR bond sounds about right to me.

He's already been convicted by the Star, so leave him in jail.

Jean won't get the big trial she wanted. I hope and think he planned for this type of end. God Bless him and his family.

Typical TAKER. Always want exceptions made for them.

Anonymous said...

No.

was he already senile?

12;18 HAS MADE A THREAT WHICH I AM GOING TO REPORT TO THE POLICE.

5:30 I'm waiting. Your name will be on the complaint. BAM! Didn't see that did ya , punk pussy ass licker. Waiting.

Anonymous said...

The Star had a decent write up on him today, the guy needs to be put in prison.

Being in prison when you are real old like that would be terrible though.

Does the state have a geriatrics prison?

Anonymous said...

He might kill again over a minor perceived "slight". The bullet could go astray and hit any one of us or our families. His attitude is like my brothers - he wont give up guns and he wants to shoot everyone. Police ignore my concerns, but if this guy is in jail great! Keep him there. Age discrimination means you keep young ones in jail, let the old guys out! Don't discriminate. Keep him in!

Anonymous said...

I think the recording of him admitting the killing might be an ap on his phone that records and stores each phone call. It starts automatically when a call starts. Then goes to your files, is backed up on cloud if you do not delete it asap. After search warrants were issued, his phone was fair game for digging into and getting evidence. Maybe he didn't know it went to the cloud, as he had deleted it off his phone's storage. That's life!

5,000 die every year in prison. No body cares about prisoner's.

Anonymous said...

6:04 it usually takes a few days for the cops to get around to it.

But they always do.

Anonymous said...

10:15, good points. By the way, have you reported your brother? A record should be made.

Anonymous said...

10:22 there’s no recording, someone made it up

Anonymous said...

You are an idiot for bringing an entirely different issue up in this discussion. You need education & professional help.

Anonymous said...

You let this old fool out and he's gonna suck on a pistol, count on it. Let him suffer in jail.

Anonymous said...

I have reported my brother as someone who wants to shoot up people and his hatred of cops too. The police do not care. Since they haven't caught him doing something wrong they will do nothing. Well he did get in a fight with 3 policemen at the Mcdonalds because he was drunk and refused to stop sitting on a high chair there. When police arrive they got in a brawl. But that was some years ago and police have a short memory. They should take him away to a padded cell. When I discuss or even present his long record of court appearances for D.V. and DUI and Drugs, police look at me like he is innocent. But even a MURDERER at some point in his life was not a murderer. People get worse as time goes by. So police don't care- much to their future peril!

The guy is a stone cold killer and his age has nothing to do with bond. If anything his advanced age makes him more dangerous as he has nothing to lose. Would you want him out of jail now if you had any disagreement with him in the past or if he was your neighbor? He has ice in his veins when it comes to shooting people..and then laughs at what he has done. STONECOLD KILLER
