ReplyDeleteWhat’s effed up is the city manager who got way with meeting at a private club, advancing a $1.2 BILLION project and proposing a SWISS CHEESE (free look) for a specific RFP proposer. What’s effed up is the damage this has done to KC’s reputation. What’s effed up is how the 7 licensed attorneys on the City Council allowed this to happen. They are so VERY naïve.
