After failing reinspection, Californos owner critical of KC health department
Californos has been closed since April 4. According to the health department, 126 people fell ill after attending one of two Californos catered events on March 30 and March 31. It was reinspected April 17 but did not pass the inspection.
Well its like this folks ,,,,,,,,,

BUT 126 Patrons get ill & sick, there is for a fact something seriously wrong with the management and staff and their idea & agenda of how to properly run a restaurant , properly !!!
There are literally thousands of other eating dining establishments in and around Kansas city, that seem to NOT have these problems to this DEGREE this severe !!!
So,,, what makes this Californio's so, SPECIAL that they seem to think they can SKIRT some laws , in a 1/2 assed manner ???????????
As well as do some 1/2 assed proper food preparation
Where are these owners & managers originally from ?????

ReplyDeleteI was at the event in the KC Jazz Museum which Californos catered. The food was set up in a buffet. I have been sick for a week with stomach ache, etc.
ReplyDeleteCalifornos is a place I have eaten at a couple of times in the past and was never very impressed with the restaurant. I will now never go back into this place.
Management is a big issue with them. Sketchy.
