TKC TOLD YOU SO!!! KANSAS CITY STAR FORCED TO CONFIRM TKC FIRST DEETS THAT SCHLITTERBAHN VERRÜCKT DECAPITATED CALEB SCHWAB!!!

There's not much new in today's court transcription about the legal aftermath of a tragic local case . . .

But we picked out the REAL NEWZ so local readers WILL SAVE THREE BUCKS it costs to read the Sunday fish wrap.

Checkit:

"An autopsy report on Schwab confirmed that he was killed when a metal pole struck his neck and decapitated him."

Of course, our blog community reported this horrific fact YEARS AGO and now the newspaper is just catching up whilst trying to play up pretty standard bookkeeping that has and will only result in wrist slaps . . .

Now, I'm like most people, I have no problem with censorship,

Why don't you do what the rest of us do, ignore the "Squids" and "Yahoos" who post their pathetic trash, (except for a slight sense of amusement at how pitiful their shrunken little souls are,) and go on to the on-topic posts that actually have something to say?

Let them babble, it's the only glimmer of light in their miserable existences, and recognize their keyboard vomit for what it is, an infantile shriek of "Notice me, Somebody, Please!".

  8. Prosecutors often go to a grand jury when there is considerable pressure to charge somebody, anybody, with a crime despite lack of evidence of any criminal act. That way, the prosecutor is off the hook and can claim failure to charge with a crime was the grand jury's fault, not his. I suspect that is the case here.

  9. Whenever ANYONE claims to know how to define "Hate Speech", the automatic, logical assumption, for us all to understand, is that THEY want to control YOUR speech.

To stifle it according to the whim and caprice of THEIR rules, THEIR emotions and THEIR bias.

In England now and all through Europe, Free Speech is constrained to a Progressive Paradigm that encourages ideas from the left and discourages ideas from the right. Here in this town, The major affiliates and the newspaper of record, are all, on the side of Progressives who Hate the middle class and Hate Free Speech.

In Sweden yesterday, a 65 year old woman was arrested for "Hate Speech" that expressed her support for anti Muslim ideas.

Here on TKC, one of the few places in the US where you can tell the truth, loathsome scum like 8:31 would seek a Fascist-Antifa rule over all Free Speech.

Here is some Free Speech for you 8:31-

    Go fuck yourself.

I am off to church, where I will pray for TKC and the freedoms we still have left in America.

TKC told us about the DECAPITATION.

All of knew the real story from reading this blog and the FREE SPEECH comments.

The grand jury is just distraction. Won't result in anything significant. That's more news that the newspaper is to scared to publish. Their greatest supporters are too afraid to even respond in public.

I agree with some of the commenters here, it's sad that there is no accountability for this horrible event. Thankfully, we can still complain about it on Tony's blog.

  24. I am the person who first told Tony about the decapitation, including off the record confirmation from one of Scott Schwab's fellow legislators who was present. I reported this on my blogs several times. I also confirmed that young Caleb Schwab was totally decapitated, with a police officer who was present, and reported his head was stuck in the net, many yards from the body which fell to the pavement. The head had to be cut out of the net--which was why the Schltterbahn management and the UG police cordoned off the area. They also attempted to halt helicopter traffic from flying overhead, because that would have been recorded evidence as well.

Police officers were threatened with losing their jobs for sharing any such information.

The grief-stricken mother --in medical state of shock--was kept a far distance from her son's body, so far that at first when she glimpsed him, she said, "He's not moving." Rather than, "Where is his head" She was led away quickly by officers who would not allow her to go and touch or hold her son's body. (Acc. to police.)

I am glad that a grand jury has been convened, finally. Much as we want to solely blame Schlitterbahn, remember: the metal hoops and nets were NOT designed by them! They were mandated by UG staff, including what I have long called the Gang of Five--mid-level bureaucrats and appointees including a guy from a local utility.
Not even the planning director had an engineering degree. None of the five had any physics education.

A bunch of well-meaning know-it-alls sitting around a desk or over lunch, INVENTED the hoop and net solution. Trying to demonstrate that the county was not a pushover. That plans had to be reviewed by their Architectural Review Committee.

The STAR's Steve Vockrodt can't seem to get interviews with them. Imagine that. A complete government coverup. Tho now that the former CEO of the UG was run out of office, (by the firefighters union and their overtime scam), maybe someone can get him to testify, or talk to reporters.

The raft was improperly loaded by untrained teens, in violation of the posted rules. They ignored the rules to accomodate the wishes of a young boy, with the consent of the other passengers. Caleb was seated in the front of the raft, and the two heavy women were seated behind him: "Let the boy see better." The women, at 180 lbs plus, would have weighted down the nose of the raft, if rules had been followed. Like putting a paper clip on the nose of a paper airplane. Simple physics.

I reported this the first week. A local structural engineer is on record of having seen the designs and phoned Schlitterbahn before the accident that the hoop and net design was structurally flawed and would eventually result in a catastrophic accident. Management refused to even meet with the man trying to help.

If there had not been a hoop and net system in place, the raft might have still flown up, and possibly OUT of the channel, and down to the pavement. This might have resulted in many broken bones, paralysis, organ damage, etc. But it was the metal hoops that decapitated Caleb Schwab.

So the county is partially responsible. Probably more than 50%.

I hope the grand jury has the guts to bring charges against the county.

The news media covered up the story for all this time, and refused to call it what it was, a decapitation, claiming "respect for the dead", but really, Schlitterbahn was a big summer advertiser for the STAR and all the TV stations and many radio stations.

And the police covered up the story because they are funded by the county government, which made millions in tax dollars from Schlitterbahn.

    Shame.

  31. Tracy, keep your gossiping a$s in JoCo, enough sh!+ floating around WyCo without it being polluted by your trash.

There is no "Architectural Review Committee" in WyCoy. Hell, there are barely any architects there, at least none worth their salt.

If a raft had flown off the slide, there would be a lot more to worry about than broken bones. You can be killed by a fall of as little as 24" off concrete (which is why people have died when sucker-punched and they hit their head on pavement - ask Tony). That's not to say the design wasn't flawed -- as far as I can tell, no real engineer was involved in designing it -- but your "reporting" is about as up to date as your beehive.

As far as "let the boy see better", you seriously think anyone would consider loading a raft with anything other than the heaviest people in the rear? Your intellect is truly dizzying.

    ReplyDelete
  32. "I hope the grand jury has the guts to bring charges against the county." Can a county (as distinguished from the people who run it) be charged with a crime? I doubt it.

    ReplyDelete
  33. 12:20, pardon me, I think the name was actually Design Review Committee. Sorry.

And you are wrong about how to load the raft. Someone had already thought that through, according to Steve Vockrodt, and there were WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS to load the heaviest in the front of the raft.
But the teenagers working for Schlitterbahn capitulated to verbal requests, by the child, and the two women, and loaded the raft the way the passengers wanted. what was missing, of course, was in the TRAINING, to explain WHY the rule was counterintuitive to personal desires.

As for 8:59, YES, a county can be sued. It's rare. But does happen, and should, in this case. I hope the AG pursues this.

Someone wants to talk, that's always the case in a horrific crime or accident. Perhaps Derek Schmidt the AG needs to subpoena the Admin Asst. for the former CEO of UG. And then just say two words: Andrew. McCabe.

Because a staffer does not want to lose her/his pension covering up the emails or memos or texts to change the narrative, disclaim the UG directives about fault and who ordered what.
