The Kansas City Sunday Night Link Stand

Sunday night and we review some of the top local stories inspired by angel Candice and her enduring international model hotness. Take a peek at some of the highlights whilst local newsies can't stop blathering about the snow:

SecState Kobach Fool For A Client

Kobach will represent himself in upcoming trial. Is it a smart move?

When a federal lawsuit challenging Kansas's proof of citizenship voter law goes to trial in March, Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach plans to be in the courtroom. He'll be the attorney defending the law he crafted. Rarely, if ever, do statewide elected officials represent themselves at trial.

Missouri #MeToo Round-Up

Harassment claims target 4 Missouri lawmakers

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. - The Missouri House has dealt with six formal sexual harassment complaints over the past two years, including four that involved lawmakers and that cost more than $22,000 in external legal fees to investigate, according to records obtained by The Associated Press.

Show-me Embattled Guv Comeback

Robberson: Eric Greitens, defender of freedom and phone app installation dates

For national security reasons, I cannot tell you everything I know about why Gov. Eric Greitens can't divulge the date upon which he installed the Confide app on his phone. He and I have worked in a lot of the same hellhole war zones. We've encountered some pretty bad dudes.

Kansas City Weather Fear Update

Kansas City to see more snow on Tuesday

The Kansas City metro looks to see another snow event on Tuesday. On that day, 1.5 to 2 inches of snow is possible around KC, while 2 to 3 inches are possible south of I-70. It will be a daytime to evening snow that will start out relatively light and then pick up during the afternoon and evening.

And this is the OPEN THREAD for right now . . .

Hope they televise this Trial, I'd really love to watch Kobach cross-examine himself.

WOW I didn't know that the GoV. was still having to help keep us free from the Eastern Evil. I think that we should allow him to have some special weapons in his cars to deal with these terrorists when they try to take away our freedom. Hand gernades are #1 and automatic weapons and some fifty calibers. I also think that we should put a couple of guys in the back seat of the cars to help with any fire fight that may HAVE to happen to protect Missouri.
