Atlanta, Philadelphia, and Austin, Texas, may be top candidates for Amazon.com Inc.'s second headquarters, but Kansas City is a "dark horse" contender, according to Inc. magazine. Of the 238 bidders for Amazon HQ2, Kansas City's low housing costs and good school districts could attract the Seattle-based e-commerce giant (Nasdaq: AMZN).

Infrastructure is horrible, and you can't go anywhere in one single day without either hearing or hearing about shots fired, people even have cameras in their driveways now, how pathetic!
