JACKSON COUNTY TAX FIGHT REDUX!!! TEAM FRANK TOUTS CASE AGAINST SPONSOR OF COMBAT TAKEOVER!!!

The debate and legal fight over the COMBAT anti-drug tax continues and grows even more serious . . .

Behind the scenes there's still a bitter struggle for influence at the courthouse . . .

Here's a not-so-fun fact that has come to light which threatens to shift the conversation away from questions about Exec White's curious home financing deets.

The sponsor of the COMBAT takeover confronted tax trouble of his own last year . . .

End result and more files floating around in this feud match up to the law office of a Legislator who has been critical of the Exec:

Depending on who you talk to . . . This tax talking point is either a very big deal that could shift opinion in the legal struggle to control COMBAT . . . OR a sign that Team Frank is now lashing out even harder at their opposition.

You decide . . .

The guy paid his bill. He is eligible to run next time around. Whereas Frank's borrowing is really suspect.

Frank is getting desperate.

That much is clear.

Frank can't even sling mud properly. What a shame.

Repeal combat. Problem solved.

Has Combat ever produced measurable positive results? If so, what were they?

Combat is a $19 million honey pot. Kill it off.

You're all correct. The taxpayers money is being wasted on this notion of "stopping crime"

Where's the accountability of money being spent on "anything" constructive or effective in this so called "drug war" and crime fighting efforts?

It's all BS and it's finally coming to light... the fraud that has been committed under the disguise of fighting crime in Jackson County.

So the guy has paid his taxes, hasn't had his house nearly sold on the courthouse steps, didn't get Mike Sanders to broker a secret deal to bail him out of a personal financial crisis, and didn't commit perjury, all unlike Frank. Oh and Dennis Waits hasn't yet illegally misappropriated county money like Frank has.

Wow, that was a pathetic attempt by Frank and his crew.

How much longer will "Team Fuck-up" continue to be on the county payroll? Seriously how is Frank continuing to keep his crap staff around after they were cut from the budget?

It’s a big “Nothing Burger”. Old news.

Drama!
Intrigue!
Tragedy!
Comedy!
It's like watching a really bad elementary school performance of Macbeth.
And all at ever-increasing taxpayer expense.
These people are pitiful jokes.

Why has Mike Sanders filed paperwork with Missouri, signing a sworn statement, that he's a candidate in the 2018 primary for Jackson County Executive?

Until you resolve this question you won't answer what's going on between Executive Frank White and the Legislature.

Why is it that certain politicians who represent us locally at the state and county levels have had major financial failures in their backgrounds?
Is it possible that there is a trend here???
Regardless of the cost, White needs to go and should be prosecuted to the fullest extend of the law.

Jackson County is hiring more staff to expand the house arrest program. Check Indeed.com they are looking to clear prisoners out of the jail and put as many as possible on the streets.

Illegally. He's just raiding assorted funds/budgets for Parks, Public Works, etc. And, of course, COMBAT.

I bet he can sling fesces

If they're doing what JoCo & WyCo does for those with no ridiculous rap sheets and have actual jobs, then that's a worthy cause for "enforced" house arrest. Losing tax revenues and other commerce from productive persons (even of modest benefits) while they cost taxpayers is FUBAR.
