Here's a bit of follow-up on the crime wave and consequences (or lack thereof) in a nearby community . . . Checkit:
Suspect in violent Prairie Village home invasion of elderly couple sentenced to three years
OLATHE, Kan. -- After pleading guilty in September to a violent Prairie Village home invasion of an elderly couple, Joseph Shultz, 30, was sentenced Tuesday to one count of aggravated burglary. For that, the judge ordered him to prison for three years and two months.
So out in a year and change for pointing a gun at an elderly couples' head during home invasion?
ReplyDeleteFuck that judge.
He should hang, or at least serve 10 years plus.
ReplyDeleteHe used a gun.
ReplyDeleteI think a Kansas judge would give him LESS time on that fact alone. After all, its his 2nd amendment right and what the NRA wants.
I hope he gets what he deserves in prison.
ReplyDeleteYou mean attacking elderly people isn't a hate crime? How the hell did they miss that one?
ReplyDeleteDid this piece of shit grow up in Mission Hills? Why the cake sentence?
