Here's local financial news trying to be nice and giving the benefit of the doubt to A DOWNTOWN PROJECT THAT HAS FAILED TO PROVIDE ANY SOLID FINANCIAL DETAILS TO THE PUBLIC DESPITE ASKING FOR $35-MILLION UP FRONT FROM TAXPAYERS. Take a peek:
Kansas City convention hotel plan looks like a go, according to financial documents - Kansas City Business Journal
The writing - thousands of pages of it - is on the wall, and it says that the long-proposed downtown convention headquarters hotel is going to become a reality.
What does Mike Burke think of unsolicited bulk email?

Tony Botello Might Actually Grow A Pair Next Year!!! Or Not!!!
ReplyDeleteAnonymous on 11/23/17 at 3:29 PM is EXACTLY CORRECT!!! This is a bubble in the making!!! When this project implodes all the sitting council will have moved on...unless one of Sly's lackey's Scott or Jolie are Mayor and then what will they do to fix this? This is an exact repeat of the VISTA HOTEL. However, unlike when the VISTA was opened in the mid 1980's this debacle will have a computer and social media paper trail taking it right back to the corrupt city manager and the stupid city council who don't know what the heck is going on... 7-attorneys on the Council and they allow this to move forward? Thats you McManus, Fowler, Canaday, Shields, Lucas, Justus, Taylor Shame on you all. Who is watching the hen house? Because you retreads are not!!!
