Kansas City woman suspects someone tried to intentionally poison dog

A woman in the Waldo neighborhood of Kansas City believes her dog was intentionally poisoned. Shannon Broderick said she filed a police report on Tuesday. On Monday morning, she walked into her backyard with her dog. Instead of normally heading toward the door, the dog ran directly to a spot where she discovered something weird.

Algorithm for determining if your dog has been intentionally poisoned:

Do you leave your dog outside barking incessantly?

Yes? Someone very likely is attempting to poison your dog.

No? Then keep up the good work as a responsible dog owner.

Exactly. Probably should not come as a surprise to the owner. Yet it is not the dog's fault.

@7:35, spot on. Fortunately all my neighbors with loud-arse dogs moved away. This should be a clarion call to that owner, but I suspect she is either 1) completely oblivious to her pet, or 2) complicit in not wanting to train the pet and instead inflicting it on her neighbors.
