Problem is, the creative class has zero skills and they get paid what they’re worth. The have no money.

Sure they have money - they all rich spoiled brats who are so obnoxious that their own Families can't stand having them around and pay them to stay away.

So they wind up exiled to shitholes like New York, LA or San Francisco, except for a lucky few who are so obnoxious that they get sent into total obscurity here.
