KANSAS CITY, Mo. - A Kansas City native and sculptor has come forward with an idea of what could be at the former site of a Confederate monument on Ward Parkway. Mark McHenry at the KC Parks Department told 41 Action News they learned of sculptor Spencer Schubert's proposal by e-mail in September.
