Illustration by Kelly Castor Jeff Becker has seen some TIFs in his day. In 2001, Becker founded the Arts Incubator, a nonprofit offering studio space and business advice to emerging artists. It was located at 115 West 18th Street, in the heart of what we now call the Crossroads Arts District.
