There is no requirement to carry a gun in the inner core. You may opt out of the Second Amendment. As for jobs, my tax dollars pay for your free transportation anywhere in the metro you choose to work. Jobs are everywhere.

Yeah, Helling talks a big game about TV news but that is how he started out. No he is paid to bloviate once a week like some kind of trained whale.
