TKC TOLD YOU SO!!! DOOMED DOWNTOWN KANSAS CITY CONVENTION HOTEL GROUNDBREAKING DELAYED AGAIN!!!



This marks a full year of delays for this project that just can't seem to come up with the cash despite overwhelming City Hall subsidy . . .

KC Biz Journal: Convention hotel delays groundbreaking, but says it's on target for early 2020 opening

Remember that they promised they would start building in the Spring.

Execs familiar with the project have commented about the $40-MILLION financing shortfall.

Also . . . Earlier this month COUNCIL HINTED AT KILLING THIS PROJECT once and for all.

How many millions has city hall already put the taxpayers into this joke?
Burke needs to team up with the grifter "developer" whose Mission, Ks project will be getting off the ground "any day now" after a decade of nothing.
Why do amateurs in local government think they're really developers?
