$35 million lawsuit: VA mental health misdiagnosis cost KC airline pilot his job
William Royster is suing the federal government for $35 million after losing his job as a pilot for United Airlines because of a diagnosis by VA doctors that he had bipolar disorder. Another doctor has now determined that the diagnosis was wrong, according to his lawsuit.
Even if he had bi-polar, if he was proven to be medically treating it properly and satisfactory in job performance, the stupid employer had no cause for termination. The VA is gonna pay for this FUBAR idiocy. Seems United Airlines should be coughing up big bucks, also.
ReplyDeleteFUKABUNCHA G*ddamn disrespect for a warrior wounded, then wounded again and again.
Sigh... You have no idea what you are talking about. Bi-polar diagnosis disqualifies pilots. Period. It's the law. UAL was just following it.
