Here's a good look at all of those GO BOND PROMISES unfulfilled and mostly just a bad joke:

Heavy rain leaves portion of Elmwood Avenue & Emanuel Cleaver II Boulevard covered with water

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- A driver cruising near Elmwood Avenue and Emanuel Cleaver II Boulevard Monday morning quickly came to a stop when they noticed their vehicle had become submerged in water. As of 11 a.m. water completely covered the roadway making it unsafe for this driver and others.

  2. Cleaver is all wet himself most of the time so his named after road should as well be underwater.

How about we rename Emanuel Cleaver II Boulevard, BrokeAss CarWash Blvd.

  3. Same places flood EVERY stinking time. People drive into water and get stuck EVERY stinking time. This will continue FOREVER.

  4. There's no free swimming on the west side, this is offensive. Change the name of Clever Blvd.
