100th homicide recorded in Kansas City, outpacing recent years

Kansas City, MO - Police are investigating the city's 100th homicide of the year. Investigators say a man was shot to death inside a business near NE Evansdale & North Oak before 2am Saturday. According to the daily homicide analysis with the Kansas City Police Department, there were 73 homicides at this date in 2016 and 55 by this date in 2015.

We need to set the record this year. 154. The record has stood since 1993. Baltimore has 231 right now. Are their thugs better than ours. No. They just have more of them.
