Actually, this bit of pseudo-science attempts to put the blame on HUMIDITY AND NOT OLD AND BUSTED KANSAS CITY SEWERS that need an EPA mandated 5 BILLION worth of repair. Take a look for a good laugh:
Here's why Kansas City turned into a 'rainforest' with all that flash flooding
Blame the moist and humid air over Kansas City, as well as the path that the storms took, for all that flooding Thursday. "We had an extraordinary moist and humid air mass in place - not unlike something you may find over the Amazon rainforest," said Andy Bailey, warning coordination meteorologist for the National Weather Service in Pleasant Hill, Mo.
Please keep the sarcasm coming--GREAT HEADLINE !
ReplyDeleteI only trust my weather rock and sexy weather girls.
ReplyDeleteGonna run all night gonna run all day
ReplyDeleteSeems like the " men " on local news that report the weather are all queens , metrosexual TRANNY rats ! Most are news readers , never accurate and wet themselves often . Only exception is Fox 4 news that report the facts of what the weather was , what it is and what it will be ¡! Plus the BOGO is smoking hot !!
ReplyDeleteIt makes much more sense than what you said earlier:
ReplyDeleteJust a bit of local rain...
the sewer system...can't handle even the slightest strain
I mean, telling us a 7" rainfall is "a bit of rain" is just fucking stupid. You're a person of rare intelligence, Tony. It's rare when you show any.
Yeah Tony your grip on reality seems tenuous.
ReplyDeleteFACT :
ReplyDeleteIt was NOT the RAIN that caused the Flooding,,,,,
I've been thoroughly advised that the flooding was caused by the WATER , NOT the Rain,, at least that's what the KC Liberal Media reporters are claiming,,,,,
You know the Developers well sell you or lease you swamp land near state line if they can make a buck. Move to LEE'S SUMMIT 1004 FT ABOVE SEA LEVEL. THE HIGHEST POINT IN MISSOURI.
ReplyDeleteThe flooding in that area is an obvious civil / environmental problem. Missouri has a hard enough time maintaining roads let a lone drainage systems. The problem is very fixable / avoidable but requires investment.
