- Rents in Kansas City have remained flat over the past month, however, they have increased 2.0% year-over-year.
- Median rent prices here prove to be more affordable than comparable cities nationwide - Kansas City's median two-bedroom rent of $900 is below the national average of $1,150.
- Our national rent index has increased 0.5% over the past month, and is up 2.9% year-over-year.
