Kansas City Biz Lady Diana Kander Seyz FAIL Is Okay Sometimes

She's a mover and shaker and one of the few people who has actually worked to define local politicos over the past decade. Her advice from this Kansas City biz blog is actually pretty inspiring for timid folks who might be afraid of Internets trolls and other useless critics. Checkit:

Innovation coach Diana Kander: Failure is an option

Yes, you could fail, and it would be embarrassing. People would talk about it. People you know. But let's be honest, they're only trying to reassure themselves about the risk-averse choices they've made. Yes, you could fail, and it could get you fired.

So she is the first person to ever say this? Someone actually pays to read this? Businesses and employees often fail but the system she prefers seldom allows for failure, at least for the politically connected.

Actually, really good advice. It doesn't hurt to teach the younger generation the fundamentals of business.

A really good article for people just starting out!

Innovation Coach? That's pretty funny!

Entrepreneurship has been the "in" game for years now, for those who've actually done very little, but hopped aboard the entrepreneurship bandwagon and self-labelled themselves as experts.

Maybe her next book could be, "Women Who've Made Big Bucks, And The Loser Men They're Married To"?
