Man shot during gas station robbery in KCMO
KANSAS CITY, Mo. - A man was shot during a robbery at a gas station in Kansas City, Missouri. The robbery happened near 31st and Mersington. Police said a man was visiting friends from out of town. He stopped at the Inner City Service Co. gas station around 1:30 a.m.
You would think if it said, inner city gas would be an indication that you really don't need gas at 1am.

Must not be very good friends if they didn't tell him that it's not safe out in that neighborhood at that time of the night/morning. Of course on the other hand he could've just told the cops the truth which is he's from out of town but was in that area to buy drugs. That sounds more plausible.
