Kansas City 'Fortuity' For Sale In The Crossroads Amid Plaza Move

Here's a quick Sunday tidbit on the local real estate scene as fortunes continue to change in Kansas City.

A constant and KICK-ASS reader notices: "That's a sign on the Fortuity space better known as the "Kansas City I'm So In Love" place."

Check the listing to verify some of the most KICK-ASS TKC TIPSTERS . . .

The good news is that the hipster fashion space is open on the Country Club Plaza according to their website. Sadly, the new location for this upstart brand is always changing hands BUT maybe a new hipster offering might be a sign of renewal for the old school entertainment district.

Either way . . . For the moment the KC love selfie landmark is secure as the Crossroads stays losing one of their more trendy retailers who might or might not be moving up in the real world.

You decide . . .

Better title: Bad luck and no fortuity in the Crossroads for Kansas City fashonistas.

Just trying to help.

Now go take your selfie in a onesie in front of that mural TKC. Before it comes down.

Isn't this one of the million dollar businesses attracted by the Toot Toot on Main street. Does this mean that the money train isn't paying off?

Simply a matter of having a location one block from the trolley that carries 35,000 passengers per hour. I am sure the store was so overwhelmed with customers so they were unable to take their orders.

Trolley claims another business and more jobs are gone.

What if the Russian and Mid Eastern Billionaire's buy the condos and never move into the city to live like they do in London?
