Dog dies after falling five stories off KC rooftop dog park; owner wants improved safety

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Patrick Cardona took his lab mix, Brutus, to the rooftop dog park at 12th and Main last Tuesday. What began as a beautiful day at the park ended in tragedy when Brutus jumped over a concrete ledge and fell to his death five stories down.
