Stop blowing money on smashed avocado on toast, take out, and toys slapped on a credit card and you might be bankable.

Most of the properties are such liabilities that they are not worth the risk. Poor condition and dangerous neighborhoods make them unbankable. Even if they were given away, they would still be worth less than the cost of rehab.
