Police were called to the area of 23rd and Wheeling around 7 p.m.
According to police at the scene, the child was reportedly shot by another child on the playground at the housing complex there.
The child is listed in life-threatening condition.

ReplyDeleteGet rid of welfare. Black women usually have 5+ kids by 5+ different fathers. They are whores, of course, but they also get more welfare per child. So, starting at about 14 they start having kids. They don't raise them because they are still out doing drugs and whoring around. So the kids are supervised by a relative, but usually run loose.
