Kansas and Missouri lawmakers discuss children's access to firearms
KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Kansas and Missouri lawmakers are discussing rules regarding children's access to firearms and if parents should be responsible. Missouri is one of several states where proposals to punish adults in cases where children gained access to unsecured weapons have stalled in the Legislature.
This is a ten minute fix. Simply revoke ALL dependent tax deductions and entitlements for parents who allow their kids to use firearms unsupervised. Force the parents to attend classes and pass a parenting certification before any of it can be restored - no waivers.
