Fear KCI New Single-Terminal Scare Tactics

The push to ruin one of Kansas City's most important resources is now in full swing. Here's the latest talking point dutifully noted by a hottie newsie who couldn't come up with any decent questions for this line of sketchy political rhetoric:

The future of KCI: the risk of waiting too long to remodel or rebuild

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Kansas City leaders held the first of 40 listening sessions on the potential for a new airport. This comes after years of studies and research done by the city and its airline partners. Dozens of people asked questions Monday night. The biggest concerns were about cost and convenience.

memo to kci boondoggle supporters: to get a positive vote, you'll have to explain how a single terminal would be more convenient for TRAVELERS.

since that is likely not possible, given that the whole object of a new terminal is to make things more convenient for airlines, a single terminal won't pass.

Finally we can be proud of our airport and maybe even use the bathroom after passing security. You local yocales who think KCI is anything other than horrible when it come to modern transportation facilities need to get out more! Save KCI? GRAZE KCI! Get it right this time!

Kansas City just can not accept that it is a medium sized town and not some major metroplex.

Traveled for my job for years. Not a thing wrong with KCI unless you're a grifter.

40 listening sessions, apparently they do not listen.

Does everyone realize all the money that the airport makes can't be spent on anything but the airport? Millions baby millions

frequent flyer here. decoded kci and it's unquestionably the most convenient airport for cities our size or above.

inexperienced flyers may need some gelp, but that's true everywhere.

ps i've never enjoyed an airport meal very much at food courts nor done any real shopping. those are trivial conveniences for frequent flyers.
