At approximately 12:30am officers located deceased victim inside a vehicle.
This is the 21s homicide so far this year compared to 18 at this time last year . . . Remember THAT number represented a historic increase in murders from the year before that . . .

Locals call the area the Ivanhoe Death Trap. Where's the neighborhood leader now? So many people killed in that neighborhood despite Aldi grocery, senior living and a politically connected neighborhood president. Yep, economic development is all that the neighborhood needed.
