Byron, you understand nothing. The Amendment has passed the deadline set by Congress even with an extension. No state ratified (nor recinded) the Amendment during that time.
ReplyDeleteSeveral states had reversed their support before the extension though no ruling on the reversals has ever been made.
Since the Fourth Amendment has been ruled passe' hard to imagine it ever passing.
