This man was NOT exonerated. He was found guilty and had his sentence reduced by an across-the-board decree that it is unconstitutional to sentence 17 year olds to life in prison without parole.

And he was not guilty! KCPD and KCFD railroaded this family. Sure ,they were fuck heads. But they didn't do this. KCFD needs to open the house ASAP. It was a union crime !

Classic case of law enforcement being under tremendous pressure to find suspects of a crime, and once they find some patsies, the train starts pulling out of the station and gaining momentum.

Most of the public never knew that they all passed polygraph tests, and refused to give false testimony implicating others in exchange for a short sentence.

Go back and look at the evidence implicating the site's nightwatch security people.

9:57 link to the evidence, please. Thanx in advance.

By the way, polygraphs are not reliable and that is why they are not admissible in court.

I think he is innocent and got railroaded for being a young poor punk. The evidence and case were flimsy.

KCPD and the feds were under the gun and needed to close this case.

There were 2 other people that appear to have been better suspectsoon and should have been investgated. Innocent people can go to prison for crimes they did not commit.
