If you see a young urban scholar approaching you, draw down on them. Demand to see their papers. If they cannot produce said papers, drop them where they stand. It's the only thing that will stop the problem. It's the only thing these thugs understand. It's a new world order, there's no jail time and we will applaud you for your service.
