Kansas City Parkour Clip

The world's most accurate encyclopedia tells us that "Parkour is a training discipline using movement that developed from military obstacle course training. Practitioners aim to get from one point to another in a complex environment, without assistive equipment and in the fastest and most efficient way possible. Parkour includes running, climbing, swinging, vaulting, jumping, rolling, quadrupedal movement, and other movements as deemed most suitable for the situation."

And yes it's still a thing . . . A recent clip featuring a crew of Parkour enthusiasts jumping around Kansas City proves as much.

  4. Getting from one point to another as quickly and efficiently as possible eh? I watched the clip wondering when/where they might get to it. What do I see, some gal running across a playground purposely going OUT of her way to jump and twist on obstacles. Guess I don't see it. My kids just call it "playing".
