Kansas City Airport Border War Cont'd

An outsider look at LOCAL FAKE NEWS that serves as the biggest local distraction this week . . . There's a Turf War Going on Over the Kansas City Airport

  1. This whole nonsense is the fakest of fake news.
And reported here by Cassie Shortsleeve on an online "publication" that no one has ever heard of!
You really can't make this stuff up!
Anyone who believes this is even remotely true deserves to be constantly screwed over by the KCMO electeds at 12th and Oak.
There really seems to be no bottom to the misinformation and outright lies KC government is willing to peddle to try to sell truly bad ideas to the public.
And this not long before the $800 million bond issue vote.
    Is yet another switcheroo coming?

  2. This is what fake news is. Wakeup KC vote NO on everything that city hall wants if they just want to bully the voters.

  3. Kansas is so broke it couldn't even buy the land needed for an airport.

  4. this exemplifies how fake news reverbrates and in the process gains an unjustified credibility by repetition.

  5. Once again the misinformation about airlines paying for it. They offered to pay RENT!

  6. There ain't gonna be a Kansas City area commercial airport in Kansas because anyplace close enough is already too developed. The NIMBY reaction to the environmental impact would be massive.

It was stupid of Brownback to publically ponder such a pipedream.

  7. They don't call him scammin' Sammy for nothing. Kansas is bankrupt and Brownback is personally bankrupt. The lemming legislature just had to raise income taxes, that backward state doesn't have two nickels to rub together and they are going to build an airport? Please.

  9. The funny thing abut Fake News is that sometimes it's true. Hang on to your bow tie, Sly.
