It would have only taken three more senators to stop Brownback's destruction of Kansas finances. Too bad they continue to ignore reality.
The rejection of retroactive tax cuts (from Jan 2017) is an unacceptable excuse. The solution they are endorsing is for retroactive budget cuts (from Aug 2016).
I'd be remiss in not mentioning Brownback's best buds in the Kansas House. Go for broke and keep on enabling!
