Kansas City Director of Aviation Pat Klein: “Our 32nd consecutive month of traffic growth was highlighted by the airline industry’s continual shift toward larger aircraft combined with a strong holiday travel period. 1. 11 million passengers at the airport, but 24 million visitors to kc... must be using Uber.

  2. These figures are bullshit without taking out government and military travel and showing statistics on round trips vs fly ins and fly outs one way.

  3. A cursory review of Pat Klein's expertise and background would reveal that counting the number of passengers represents the TOTALITY of his ability to manage and operate an airport.
How a city can make believe it's a big-time player with amateur operations like this is beyond belief.
Have they vacuumed the carpets yet?

  4. kci is refusing to build more restrooms behind security so as to torture passrngers into supporting a billion-dollar new terminal.
