ReplyDeleteThe first mistake is calling bureaucrats a Federal workforce. They just don't. What a bureaucrat does is the second he/she gets a Federal position they will start trying to figure out how to force tax payers to do their job for them. We now have employers and sellers collecting taxes, gun dealers doing thier background checks, even consumers forced to prove that the did everything the government wants done. The winners are the moochers who don't even have to prove they are broke to get on government subsidies. We already know that we could reduce the Federal workforce by over 20 percent with virtually no adverse effects on the tax payers. If you could actually get some work out of them and take away their role of babysitting and supervising tax payers we could reduce half of the Federal jobs. Wouldn’t it be wonderful is you could find a single government job description that lists "productivity" as a requirement?
