KCPD Defends Deadly Suspect Shooting

Witnesses are saying a police shooting and subsequent standoff could have been avoided. Meanwhile . . . "police said the deceased man, riding in the passenger seat, was a suspect in several robberies. He is alleged to have told others that he was armed and ready for a shootout with officers if they attempted to arrest him."
