City and it's Public Works Department suck at relocating people. When you're on City payroll, the employess could care less if they help you or not. And if you have a dispute with them, instead of working it out, they decide to use relocation benefits as a tool to further displace and dehumanize you. This is Kansas Shitty. City will not help them.
