It will never occur to this person that the reason why no "person of color" has been elected to a statewide office is the "persons of color" who run for statewide office are, without exception, left wing liberals. Conservative voters would be as willing to vote for a conservative who is a "person of color" as for a conservative who is a "person of pallor." The key is the politics, not the color.

  5. Funny, when I was in school I had a white crayon in my box of 16 crayons. I always thought white was a color. I also had a "flesh" crayon which I thought was pink.
