Do the City attorneys EVER try a case? If they can't, get rid of them and find lawyers who can!

^^^Absolutely agree with this. We need to be more aggressive with these frivolous claims. This guy was reported to have hurt other people.

Let the police do their job.

If I recall, the suspect was an illegal alien (trigger)? If so, the wall should be done by the time he gets out and gets shipped out.

I wish I could find a police officer to beat me. What's a guy got to do? I'd let them pummel me senseless for $300k. Hell, I'd take half that.

8:06, as exciting as bashing the city appears to be to Tony's readers, do a little digging before deciding that the city's lawyers are to blame. KCPD is a state agency and was represented by the Missouri Attorney Generals office. Chris Koster is your boogeyman.

1:26. You're right. My error. The principle is the same though - public attorneys often seem to be very poor stewards of money that taxpayers worked hard to come by.

Another KCPD Epic Failure.
